Okay are you guys sick of me yet? I actually went out last night (again! christ it's almost like having a life or something!) and it turned out to be a better night than I was expecting so that was good! So ridiculously enough I completely forgot about the pigs again. I keep getting all caught up in the packing and trying to actually get rid of some things and forgot about all the other stuff and things. I am up to 4 count em 4 pairs of shoes that are going out the door (and NOT with me.) I also have *gasp* almost an entire box of books that I am getting rid of. Woo hoo for jumping hurdles!!!! I am having a hard time not getting overwhelmed. The house is a disaster in the first place. So then you add in packing and trying to get rid of stuff but still have the things you need for the next few weeks and trying to move things into a house where people haven't had a chance to get out of the space that we are moving into and it equals one very stressed out Lissy. I know it will all figure itself out in the end and all but I'm gonna be kinda stressed until we get there. I do have to take a side track here and ask a question...Am I like a constant walking disaster? Because a couple of people have said things to me lately that make me feel like they see me as this constantly crying/freaking out hot mess. It is really not my favorite feeling. Anyway. Back on track. Another 3 car fulls of stuff went over to the new house in the past couple days. Woo hoo! Now if only I could figure out where on earth to put all the furniture that we have in a much smaller amount of space. Oh well again. It will figure itself out! I'm kinda thinking that the official FlyBaby stuff is gonna have to wait a bit till we get settled in the new place. Right now its just about getting packed and out. I am taking votes on what color we should paint the new bedroom. Currently it is half bright yellow and half dark paneled wood. I can't handle it. Let me know what cha all think!
Goal for tomorrow. Umm....don't know. The specific stuff is totally not working with how crazy everything is. I really do gotta get to the pig stuff but I'm not guaranteeing anything!

Are you a "crying/freaking out hot mess"? Strange, I've never seen that side of you. Seems to me like your pretty well put together for someone under 30. Do want you to know that my sink has never been so clean. See what a solid influence you are.
ReplyDeleteColor??? Yellow = hot/warm color, Dark panel = cool color. Can you paint the wood? If not maybe think about a cool color for the top half also. Then use accent pieces for the warmth. That way the room will probably feel taller and less chopped up. There are some wonderful smokey greens around these days. Geri
